Rebecca has successfully led initiatives in the government, nonprofit, and private sectors focused on the factors outside of the health care system that shape people’s health and ability to access services and support needed to thrive. She worked for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and in the United States Senate where she was responsible for major children's environmental health laws and regulations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
